Leaflow Service Privacy Policy

When you register a Leaflow account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), position (if applicable), and the account password you set.

To ensure account security or meet specific service requirements (such as enterprise certification), we may need you to provide additional identity information (such as scanned copies of business licenses, legal representative information, etc.).

Service Usage Information

Operation Logs

Records of your use of this Service, including operation time, operation type, operation object, type and quantity of resources used, etc.

Device and Connection Information

Device model, operating system, browser type and version, IP address, network access method, network status, access time, page browsing records, etc. used when you access this Service.

Resource Monitoring Data

Runtime status data of applications or services you deploy (such as CPU, memory, disk IO, network traffic and other metrics), used for platform monitoring, troubleshooting and resource optimization.

Transaction and Payment Information

When you purchase or use paid services, we or our third-party payment processing institutions will collect your order information, billing address and payment account related information (such as bank card number, validity period, but the complete bank card number is usually processed by payment institutions, and we may only obtain payment results and partial desensitized information).

  • Data and file content you upload, store, and process during use ("User Content"). Please note: We process User Content to provide you with the requested services (such as storage, computing, transmission), and its intellectual property rights belong to you. We do not actively scan its specific content for other purposes, unless it is to fulfill legal obligations or ensure service security (such as detecting malware, illegal activities).

Necessary for Service Provision

  • Disclose to our affiliated companies so that they can help us provide services while complying with this Policy.
  • Disclose to authorized partners, service providers or agents (for example: payment processing institutions, cloud infrastructure providers, data center operators, customer service suppliers, data analysis service providers, audit institutions), who provide services or assistance on our behalf (such as payment processing, technical operation and maintenance, data analysis, customer support, security protection, audit), and these third parties must strictly process your information according to our requirements and this Policy, and have no right to use the information for other purposes. Technical Measures

For personal information processing activities based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. After withdrawing consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, but this does not affect the validity of personal information processing activities that have been conducted based on your consent before withdrawal. Account Cancellation

You can apply to cancel your account through the functions provided by the Leaflow platform or by contacting customer service. After account cancellation, we will stop providing services to you and delete your personal information or anonymize it according to applicable laws and this Policy (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as security and fraud detection).

Response to Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide written requests or prove your identity in other ways. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request. For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for multiple repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we may charge certain cost fees. We will reply to your request within the time limit stipulated by laws and regulations (usually 15 or 30 working days).

Privacy Policy Updates

To adapt to business development, technological progress and changes in laws and regulations, we may revise this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be published in a prominent position on the Leaflow website or notified to you in other appropriate ways (such as system notifications, emails), and the update effective date will be noted.

Please regularly review this Policy to understand the latest information. Your continued use of this Service after the updated Policy takes effect indicates that you agree to accept the revised Policy content. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you should stop using this Service and cancel your account.

Minor Protection

This Service is mainly for adults. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.

If you are a minor under 14 years old, please carefully read this Policy under the guidance of your parents or other guardians, and use our services or provide information after obtaining the consent of your parents or other guardians.

If you are a parent or guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor under your guardianship is using our services with your consent. Due to the characteristics of cloud services, in order to provide you with a global service experience (such as when you choose to deploy resources in overseas regions), your personal information may need to be transmitted to and stored on servers outside China. You understand and agree to such cross-border transfer behavior. When conducting cross-border data transfer, we will strictly comply with the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations (for example, conduct necessary security assessments), and take effective measures such as contractual constraints (such as adopting standard contractual clauses) and data encryption to ensure that your personal information receives sufficient security protection during transmission and storage, with protection standards not lower than the requirements of Chinese law.
